工作职责/能力要求:◎Minimum 4-5 years in similar position in a five star hotel of similar size
◎Patience, professionalism and resistance to pressure
◎Good English skills (Both Spoken and Written)
◎Capable of developing and implementing Human Resources tools and instrument in close cooperation with Management Group
◎Proactive with excellent leadership and communication skills◎To plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in HR activities (Recruitment & Selection, Compensations & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR Initiatives)
◎Develop and implement hotel policies, procedures and practices. Recommend changes, modification or updated information to the General Manager
◎Ensure the staff to comply with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice
◎Ensure to provide Management with tools for future manpower planning, resource and payroll planning and control
◎Develop long term Human Resources strategies
◎Monitor present and future trends of local labor situation, legislation and recommend an appropriate action
◎Inspect regularly staff restaurant, locker rooms and other staff facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained
◎Implement an effective staff relations and motivation programs in the hotel
◎Coordinate and execute staff social, athletic and recreational activities
◎Ensure the efficient running of Human Resources Department
